Kate Gang

After having my second son in 2010 I knew that I needed to step up my exercise game. I joined Body Well (formerly known as Body Back Transformation) and was amazed how the combination of structured workouts, a nutrition plan and group accountability were the perfect ingredients for RESULTS! I was having fun shedding pounds and inches and making friends all at once. After my 3rd son was born in 2016, I joined Stroller Strides and found it to be the perfect support I needed during that time – both physically and emotionally. I continued on my fitness journey (back) to Body Back and when there was a need for another instructor, I volunteered! I became certified as a Body Back instructor and got to see class from "the other side"… it was a valuable opportunity to understand the group fitness dynamic. Fast forward - I got my certification as a Personal Trainer (with NASM) in 2020 just for fun! Recently I decided to take my love of running to the next level and I became certified as a Run Club instructor through Fit4Mom. It seemed like a natural move as I have always had a passion for running and training for races. I have completed several 5K's and 10K's and even a few 1/2 marathons! I feel good about setting healthy/positive examples for my 3 boys. My natural desire to help others makes it easy for me to teach fitness and encourage others to crush their goals! I am loving this adventure & excited to see where it takes me next!
